How about Tuesday night (tomorrow) at 8pm we meet at 317 to figure out who's doing what, who can help how, who has parts they'll donate.........and maybe we'll drink some beer. Good? Ok. See you tomorrow. 317.
I can weld up the fork mounts sometime next week, I have most if not all the steel already just siting in my garage waiting to be a jeep bumper that will never be. I also picked up my new set of rollers we could use if needed - at least for a while anyways. The drums are 3.25" diameter, from what I remember that is smaller than the cyclops...
Steve- I'm thinking we can make our disparate rollers work. As long as the width of the drums is the same we can swap them around so there's one of each on each set of rollers.
I do have access to everything I will need to fab the mounts up. I will probably try to do it in the next day or two. Also I will measure up my rollers to see what the width is.
Steve- The CycleOps frame is 1" square tubing that's 16.75" inside-to-inside. The Drums are a smidge more than 16" endcap-to-endcap and are also 3.25" in diameter.
The Bozeman fix is about bicycles in Bozeman, Montana. We like riding, racing, fixed gears, mountain bikes, alleycats, hardcourt bike polo, community, drinking beer, and all the good stuff that comes along with having bike love and leading the bike life.

Steve,
Do you have access to a welder, cuz I do if needed. John can get ahold of me.
Steve-
