C-note Screws Up His Shoulder

So an early morning Mtb ride turns quasi epic. Luckly for the C-note it turns out to
be a A/C joint and or rotator cuff injury.

I wouldn't say an A/C joint injury is lucky. I'll vouch from experience with a rotator cuff: DO LOTS OF PT! Mine comes back whenever my arms go into cycling atrophy.

best of luck

Cheer up buttercup, at least you can still rollerblade! I've done both of my AC's and all that hurts them is backpacking.
